I just noticed that one of my Lipos for my Blade is a bit puffed up. Last time i charged it it was fine. It has just been sitting there since and i noticed it. Just wondering what would have caused this and is it dead.
Thanks

Unfortunately, your lipo has become unsafe. It is puffed up with some kind of flammable gases (maybe a mixture of H2 and Li ??) which can ignite as soon as they are exposed to air. It can burn with a flame that is about knee-high. There is a risk of it setting fire to materials within a few feet of it if it ignites. I've seen this puffing-up happen if the lipo gets either over-charged or over-drained, because that seems to damage the chemistry in the lipo somehow. Check out this thread to see what happened to Corey.

You'll need to dispose of it safely. Read the manufacturer's instructions on disposal procedures.
The lipo is probably a fire hazard now. Keep it away from flammable materials, such as your person.
Keep the lipo outside your house until you dispose of it.
