I came across this while looking for Dx6 HH settings.... just to good..... had to pass it along.....

( not mine - found on another forum )
1. Pick yourself up a lazy susan (I found a cheap plastic one at wallmart for $6.00)
2. Drill holes in the lazy susan to allow you to strap the heli down to it.
3. Remove the pitch curve out of your heli (remember to write it down first) so that you have 0 pitch.
4. Turn the gain all the way down on the gyro
5. Fire up the heli , be ready to counter the spinning, note which direction you have to input to hold the heli.
6. Adjust the servo placement and linkage sliding it forward or backwards until the tail holds well enough will little or no input from the stick.
7. Now you can adjust the gain on the gyro, 0-50 is rate mode 50-100 is HH mode, after the heli is off the lazy susan and give it a test flight.
8. You will still have to do further adjustment but the goal is to get the heli flying with zero trim and let the gyro do it's bizz..
( darn walmart is closed this late :D )
