No - don't worry I don't have a twin - What I do have is my first twin engine model.
After seeing 4 guys all flying their twin engine models at the same time at the 2006 SMALL event this summer I kept an eye out for one. Luckily for me I found this one on RC-Canada.
This one is loaded with 2 x FX.25's should be a powerful combo!
So for 2007 SMALL could have 5 guys flying with 10 engines singing together - Now thats a sound worth hearing.

Weeew, had us scared for a moment that there might be two Kens :D.
Looks like a good candidate for an electric conversion. I find most nitro twin pilots spend their time swearing at the one of the two engines that won't start. But once they are running the sound sure is sweet!

2 x FX.25 Yippee! I've owned 3 or 4 over the last few years and they all start first time! Darn powerful too! Plane is in Hamilton at this time I will pick it Christmas. One heck of a stocking stuffer I say!
This is the same plane Charlie Colwell of the Stetson's flys - seen one other flying in Arnprior too. So we be hunting for some Zero's when I get me a wingman to fly formation with!

You may find this ship pretty hot on 2 25 FX's.
Charlie had 2 very fast 15's, cz's I think. Doug had 25 la's.
Kit calls for 15's
Oh well whats 100 MPH between Friends.
Good luck

I asked Mike the guy who sold it what he did to set up for flying!

That is really cool that you will be able to fly with other P-38s in formation! I wish I could have done that in my club.
I can go fast with wide open throttle but half throttle is a great cruise speed and saves gas too. The .25s give it a much better chance of surviving an engine out too. I had one quit only once during its breakin, too rich. Incredibly it flew no problem even without any rudder input. I was amazed. The 4 degrees of out thrust makes a huge difference. I also set up the rudders to have all little bit of out thrust to aid it for single engine ops.
I set up my radio to have some landing flaperons to help slow the approach a bit. Also remember to keep some power on until just before touchdown because it will sink fast with idle power. Those two prop discs make a lot of drag.
I also set up my 9C radio to control the engine independently but I assume you can set up a y-harness to control them on one channel too.
Cheers;
Mike
