Bob-e-cat power system

I have decided that when I finish the Bob-e-cat C (45" wingspan) this fall I will go for membership in the 2kW club. 2 4s4200 TP ProLite Gen3 packs in series and a Hacker B50-9XL running a Scheubler DS50 fan at 39k RPM (26 volts, 80 amps). Should put out twice the aircraft weight in static thrust at full throttle :eek:. Hmmmm, maybe I can build a set of vertical launch rails :D
