found these at "food basics" of all places - 8 pack "Energizer MAX" AA for about $4.59 - they have a couple of cardboard energizer stands, you may have to look through a couple of racks, but they are there -
expiry date 2013
I have been using them for a couple of weeks, no probs.
I found that the power curve on rechargeables drops way to fast once they start to loose the charge - where these guys go out nice and slow.
just so you know ( haven't seen a better deal yet on brand name )
