I have a new in the box Hobby Lobby Skimmer kit to sell for only $40.
70" wingspan, 532 sq.in. wing area, Selig 3021 airfoil, 40" length, flying weight about 42 oz., wing loading about 12 oz. per sq. ft.
Skimmer may be one of the easiest flying airplanes for beginners. Landings are slow and easy. Handlaunches are simple forward tosses without having to run. Battery replacement is very easy through a bottom hatch, so you might want an extra battery pack to charge while you're flying the first one. Uses Speed 600 motor. Controls are Rudder, Elevator, and Motor control.
