Hey Gang,

I'm looking for a Gentle Lady and a Hi Start. With or without radio gear.

Let's see what you've got.

I have a high start, in pretty good shape, the rubber should have 2-3 more seasons before it needs to be replaced.

Sorry... can't sell my Gentle Lady... far too much sentimental value, not to mention glue invested in that puppy. Besides after teaching two people to fly, mine really doesn't look all that Lady-like anymore.

Speaking of which, now that I have these fancy shmancy motors, I should strap one on the nose and see what the old girl can do :)

I have both a Gentle Lady and a Hi-Start to offer. The Lady is covered in white & transparent orange and I can sell with or without the two servos installed. The Hi-Start is complete with the red parachute, O-ring, cord, surgical tubing, gound stake and reel to wind it all back up for easy transport. I can take pictures of everything if you are interested.

Hi Steve,

I'm interested. Can you please post or send me a couple pics? Has it been flown much? Any crash damage?

How much are you looking to get for it?

Thanks,

Hi Scott,

I'll get some pics ASAP. The glider flys very well and looks great with the transparent orange covering. I used to fly with a buddy but we haven't been out for some time now. It's never had any crash damage and flys beautifully.

Are you looking for the airframe only or will you also need the two servos that I have installed? Are you also interested in the Hi-Start? LMK what you are specifically looking at and we can talk price from there. Email me to discuss further if you like. :)

Two servos, what sort of glider flys on only two servos?!?!?;) It needs at least 9 to be any sort of REAL glider :D
The Gentle Lady is a great design, I built a few of them and they are what taught me gliding in the first place. You'll have a lot of fun with that one Scott.

I was having flashbacks to my youth thinking about when my Dad and I used to fly this Gentle Lady at one of the turf farms.

I really enjoyed it and thought it would be fun to put one in the air again. That photo is from either the summer of '86 or '87. Unfortunately she met her demise in a big tree at one of the sod farms.
