I was looking for a good site which would allow me to download Skew-Ts for the Ottawa area since Maniwaki doesn't seem to launch a baloon every day. I found a site that does a Skew-T *forecast* which allows you to look at lower atmosphere stability up to 24hrs out and predict the lift conditions.

Enter the short ICAO code for Ottawa (YOW), on the next screen choose your model (NAM 12M over US) and pick the form of your output and it gives you a neat animated graphic of the Skew-T plot as it will likely look over the next 24hrs. You can decide if it is worthwhile putting the winch in the car the night before :).
