Well it is time for me to print up new frequency pins for 2006. I have tried a number of techniques for fuel/rub proofing my inkjet output with varying degrees of success in past years. Anyone out there have any good ideas?
1. I have tried covering it with clear packing tape <-Doesn't last, packing tape peels
2. spraying with clearcoat <-Causes ink to run
3. Covering with thinned epoxy <-Causes ink to run

I wish someone would respond to this post cuz I am facing the same issue as Corey.

Check out www.scalerchelis.com. These guys make a lot of their own graphics and you could probably find something in the forums that would help you out.

I have been doing some reading on making my own decals.... I picked up some "waterslide" paper. In the instructions it states that after printing with aan injrt use "Krylon" clearcote... But just do not make it to heavy of a coat. I tried a decal and it seems to be pretty tough. But I have not tried it on a model.. Corey, I found info on this at rcuniverse... You may want to check it out.. I purchased the waterslide decal paper from ebay.
Hope this helps.;)

How about covering it with clear monokote or some other covering material.
I know it might be expensive to buy a roll for this purpose but if you already have one I'm sure it would work.

Hey Tom,
when you put the M&M decals on your Steven's Aero machine, is that you you did it?
