Ready to fly Tensor 4D for sale. Comes with Hitec feather RX (no xtal), all hitec hs-55 servos, e-flite 1080Kv park outrunner, kokam 3S battery.
This is a great tumbler and flies very slowly. Good for indoor flying at Thunderdome, etc. or parks on calm days.

John...........John...........are you out there. You NEED this plane.:D It really is a fun little plane, kinda weird but fun nonetheless. This deal would be a great way to get into electrics.
BTW, Corey, what size batt?
Cheers,
Dave

Corey,
I could be very interested in this. It would be my first foray into tiny electrics. I assume the electrical system would work well in any of the small shock flyer type planes? Is it a brushless motor? Good thrust to weight?

Yo...don't know how I missed this...
Corey, if Dave S. decides not to go for this, I'll buy it from you...no probs (unless someone else has already talked with you).

Its perfectly vertical capable. It is the brushless outrunner that e-flight makes and a CC10 controller. Dave has seen it fly and it generates a whole lot of thrust.

How come you're selling it anyways? Just not your type of flying? I noticed you didn't mention if the ESC was included in the package?

Yep, I've seen it fly and it this one has the exact same set-up as mine. Pretty much ideal for the Tensor.
Corey, I hope you don't mind but, I'm gonna jump in here for a sec.........Dave S. your question about the Shock-Flyers.......this motor is actually a bit big for a true Shocky. That is, the ones put out by Ikarus. Most of the ones I've seen have been really well powered by an AXI 2204-54 and weigh about 6oz..........the e-flight park 370 which is on this Tensor is actually a bit bigger than this AXI. This motor will no doubt fly a Shocky but, the real secret to these foamies is to keep the weight down, every gram helps. My Tensor went through a few weight saving excercises and got better with each mod. Originally weighed about 11oz and now weighs about 9oz, the difference is night and day. That said...........if you're wondering how this motor would do in other airframes, there are a lot out there but, I don't think a Shocky would be the best choice.
Cheers,
Dave

Corey,
It sounds like a bargain, as I imagine the receiver and servos alone would be worth over $100. Add in the value of the plane, battery, ESC and moter, and I think you are really making a sweet deal.
But I would say, let John have first dibs on it. Dave tried to direct him to it before I jumped in so I think he's got first rights to it. If that doesn't work out, I will definitely go for it.
Dave, my question about the shock flyer was just out of curiosity. I don't have one. I know little about these small electrics except that they look like a heck of a lot of fun. I'm just asking as many questions as possible to get an idea as to what its all about.

Dave,
Yeah, I was probably overcompensating when I posted. I don't want to become the Town Goober:o

Yep, the CC10 ESC is included. Just plugin the crystal and go. I am out of space again and this plane fits the least well in my little car and if I want to fly something low and slow I tend to have more fun with my micro heli.

Start limbering up that left thumb John... Tensor's don't turn without it!
