Well, I was weak this weekend and we have another new aircraft in queue for the building board. A new composite body C-Size Bob-e-cat with an air-power 90mm Ap-900 EDF unit and retracts. Should be pumping out 5 pounds of static thrust if everything is tuned up right. Should be a real blast to fly. I hope the flaps are effective or I might never get it stopped at the ORCC field.

I'd like to thank the Electric Jet Factory (http://www.ejf.com), Models by John (http://www.modelsbyjohn.com), and Icare-RC (http://www.icare-rc.com) for helping separate me from my money :D.

Well after much discussion with some vendors and the DF provider I am going for a relatively tame setup to start. It will be running on 6S2P 4200 LiPos (Split pack so I can charge it with my Tritons), a TMM 75Amp Expert ESC, Plettenberg 220/30/A4 S P4, and an AirPower AP-900DF 90mm ducted fan impeller.

Should be fun to see!

If you haven't already found it, you might find this thread useful:

Are your packs going to be Thunderpower 2100s in parallel? or something else?
