Wow... this airplane is going to be a change from my usual routine.
Hmmm... I wonder if I should build a coroplast replica to practice on first until my confidence increases....

Fate has decreed that the Cap580 will be OS61FX powered.
My beloved Webra61 has succumbed to an ignominous end. :( You can read its eulogy at

When I bought the OS61FX, Fred was smiling and saying something about a "real" engine. Now all I have to do is get used to flying airplanes with high wing loadings :D

I can't wait to see a race with you and Mike T.. He is running his with a Thunder Tiger 61... Should be interesting to watch...;)

Good choice of engine, Mike...you won't be disappointed:D
Of course, you should also purchase a Pitts-style muffler so you can hide the exhaust completely inside that beautiful cowl!
I look forward to seeing you have fun flying this beast around...:)
