I was talking to walkera last night and i manage to get an price of 305$ canadian total for the helicopter with gyro, servo, radio RX (which is junk but i have an TX for it) , brushless motor, 30A speed controler,1500mah liop and a few spear parts.

what do eveone think of this price? from what i been reading the gyro now is not bad at all (unlike the one i have on my walkera 35..some of u know what i'm talking about :D ) and i never had much problem with the servos. and the frame of the #39 itself from what i read on rcgroups is't bad at all.

before i dump 300$ into this is there any cheaper mean of geting an better heli with this kina of power and money?

Marco,

Your trying to sell you shogun clone and looking for a t-rex clone, you have also bought and RC car clone of some type, have you had luck with any of clones you've bought so far?

My advice would be to buy "known" gear that others have used and can help you with instead of clones, in this hobby more often then not you do get what you pay for.
Clones will more than likely cost you more in the long run.

well i order the t-rex clone alrealy. but this time i also going to likey going to order an new radio too .

and my shogun clone... is still a good air frame but i just can't justify spending anymore money on it.... part just cost too much compair to the t-rex. ( main shaft for shogun is over 10$ canadian, is an little under 5$ canadian for the t-rex mainshaft)

The rc car i had was a blast... first "real" rc car that i have more time playing with it then fixing it.(once i worked out the pullstarter) ran about 2 bottle of fuel on it now and still runing good. ( lost my glow starter so have't play with it for a few week). but i did get an new radio and servos for it. ran so much better after i replace the gearbox too (did't screw the engine in tight. my fault)

i would say the RC car total cost would be the cheapest....(even including the cost of the new futaba radio  )

i'm got the t-rex clone becouse i know i'm going to to destory parts anyways. why pay so much for an airframe that going to get destory anyway ..may as well go cheap then replace what i destory with upgrades.

going cheap i mange to spend an little over 900$ this summer and with my new clone t-rex....imagin if i when all out on an helicopter then a car...

btw what time are ppl going out to the greenbank park now?..never see anyone there anymore

Ok I see your logic there.

I have not been to the park for a long time, just no time to play and the weather has worked aganst me when I do have the time.

But I would imagine whenever the winds are 15km or less you should find one of us there.

Unstable, yeah its an affliction commonly known as being a helicopter :D

Seriously, which axis does it become unstable in? Yaw, roll, pitch? What headspeed are you running and if it is yaw instability what is the gyro/tail servo?

fix the tweakest by moving the servo horn all the way to the closest hold....

now an new problem .. on one of my olderest lipos(which was ran about 2 time day for a few months. and many crash damage) maybe about a min in runing testing the battery trip off the esc cutoff.... and that an 1800mah battery...
check with a votage metter and see the battery slowery increase back to around 10.9V..... is that battery tosted or i'm draining too much amp on my brushless motor??
