I told Andre today that I would post this:
A couple guys in New Orlean working a corporate IT center decided to stay through the hurricane and document events as they transpired. It's an interesting read full of the kinds of things you'll never hear on CNN. BTW it works best if you start at the back end of the blog - it's arranged with the most current postings first.
It's kind of interesting for me on a personal basis since I know a couple of people who spent 3 1/2 days at the convention center and a day (at least) as the superdome. I haven't heard from them since late Friday but it sounded like the Canadian Consulate was getting them a plane to Tennesee yesterday.
